Over the years speaking with property investors who have worked with various other real estate agencies, a few pain-points come up time and time again:
  • Property management contacts keep changing or are very inexperienced
  • Communication is poor and it can be difficult getting answers

Unfortunately, aside from personal recommendations or reading Google or Facebook reviews of the business, it is almost impossible to know the quality of service you'll get until you sign on with the agency and experience it for yourself.

1. As a landlord you have direct contact with the agency owners. 
You will not be passed around from one property manager to another. You have a direct line to the owners of the business, who are both Licensed Real Estate Agents and supported by a team. 

2. We have "skin in the game".
As owners of the business, we have a level of interest in providing speed-to-market, flexibility around inspection times and selection of quality tenants which goes far beyond that of a salaried real estate employee. 

3. Level of support provided to our team.
Often we speak with investors who have seen a great property manager leave their previous agency because they were overworked or under-supported. As owners of the business we remain involved in the day to day challenges our staff face, so that they feel supported and remain motivated and enthusiastic in their role.
